Dump-Making Class @ Odd Duck Market 1/14

Sunday 1/14 4-6pm at Odd Duck Market (1082 E Montague N Charleston, SC 29405)

Once you grab your first beverage, we’ll have fried Buffalo chicken dumps as a snack.  First, we’ll be making pork+beef mandu and then oi muchim (spicy cucumbers). If our vegetarian option is preferred, please send an email to team@sarahsdumps.com after purchase. We cannot accommodate vegetarians without prior notice. Nate will be doing the cooking, but you are more than welcome to head back to the kitchen and observe/ask questions. Two (alcoholic or non alcoholic) beverages from Odd Duck Market are included in your ticket price along with the recipes and a pair of stainless steel chopsticks and sides.  We do not have a gluten free option.

In consideration for your participation in this activity, and by signing this form, you acknowledge, agree and understand that your participation is voluntary, and you assume the risks associated with the culinary activity in which you will be participating.  Such risks may include, but are not limited to, the risk of physical injury or harm and illness due to consumption of raw or undercooked meat.  You further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Sarah’s Dumps, LLC. from any and all claims arising out of an injury, disability, or death resulting from your participation in culinary classes.  This waiver specifically includes any claims made by you arising from the alleged negligent acts of Sarah’s Dumps, LLC, or its employees.
