Cooking Instructions


Dumps are pre-packaged in freezer-safe bags in quantities of 30. They are resealable and reusable! Do not thaw them, they go straight from freezer/frozen to pot/pan/steamer!


Fill the pan/pot with enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom. Heat oil at medium to medium-high heat depending on your stovetop. Place frozen dumps in the heated oil. Make sure they’re not touching each other! A lid is your friend.


Continually check the bottoms of the dumps until they are browned/crispy. You’ll want to keep them moving every 30-45 seconds or so to make sure they don’t stick to the pan. Approximately 3 minutes.


Once the bottoms are crispy, add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water (depending on the size of your pan/pot) and quickly cover to steam. Every 15 seconds, keep the dumps moving either by gently shaking the covered pan/pot or using your tongs so they don’t stick.


As the sizzle slows, uncover and check your dumps. The crimped tops should be soft. You can remove the lid and let the remaining water evaporate and re-crisp the bottoms in the oil.
